At DELBROUCK, we have specialized in the development and production of plastic crates for the beverage industry for many years. Our product range extends from classic beer crates to solutions for mineral water and soft drinks, as well as custom-designed crates according to customer specifications.
With over 500 standardized tools and continuous development of customer-specific designs, we offer one of the widest ranges of models on the market.
We manufacture up to 60,000 crates every day on more than 40 injection molding machines of various sizes.
Most of our machines are equipped with modern in-mold labeling technology, which allows durable, high-quality decorations to be integrated directly into the manufacturing process.
In addition, many systems offer the option of multi-component injection molding. This allows functional soft grips or multi-colored products to be manufactured in a single step—a perfect combination of functionality and design.

Locations
Our headquarters are located in Menden (North Rhine-Westphalia) in the Sauerland region. We operate another production plant in Thuringia, which is particularly attractive due to its proximity to glass bottle manufacturers in the region. This allows products to be assembled directly on site, resulting in significant savings in transport costs and effort.

The entire administration of the Delbrouck company is located in Menden in the Sauerland region, directly between the Ruhr area and South Westphalia. Up to 30,000 crates and pallets are manufactured here every day on up to 20 injection molding machines.

Since reunification, approximately 30,000 crates have also been produced daily in Sonneberg, Thuringia. Due to its proximity, the southern and eastern locations in particular can be supplied from here.

Precision tools
- Every year, we revise and optimize a wide range of tools that are used by our customers.
- After 500,000 crates have been produced, the tools are extensively overhauled by us as required. From spare parts production to maintenance and repair, all processes are carried out in-house.
- Regular maintenance ensures accurate results and minimizes wear-related tolerance deviations.
