Asset Deal Signed

From 1st February 2010 both companies of Delbrouck in Menden and Neuhaus-Schierschnitz have been acquired by the Wilms group.

The Wilms group will give Delbrouck a strong financial basis to continue the current business and expand it in the future. Managing Director of Wilms GmbH is Johann Erich Wilms.

The Wilms group consists of approx. 50 companies with approx. 4000 employees.

All parties involved are happy to receive a solid basis for the future after such a long period of instability. We are happy to continue to support our customers and bring our innovations to the market. Thank you for your support which has allowed us to continously keep up our business and make innovations during the last months.

Eckard Broer and Ines Delbrouck will be the management of Delbrouck.
