Construction and Tool Making

The departments construction and tool making are important divisions at Delbrouck. Several engineers take care of the different phases of the development of new products and inventions. They work on modern CAD computers and deliver their data to the mould making department electronicly. The 3D CAD data is transfered to the CAM system which operates the completely automatic machining.

Injection Moulds

An injection mould for a modern bottle crate with duplex handles and internal valves consists of 1.000 pieces. Most of these pieces are individually made out of hardened steel or bronze, depending on their function in the tool.
