Delbrouck GmbH holds a leading position amongst the top European manufacturers for injection-moulded returnable transport packagings. Delbrouck is located in Menden (Sauerland), not far from the city of Dortmund.

History

The company was founded in 1926 as a mould-, tool- and modelling-shop. In the 1950īs the production facilities were extended and the technology of injection-moulding was introduced. In subsequent years it gradually became core business of DELBROUCK. An early success was the production of the worlds first bottle crate made of plastics. Since 1992 a second production-plant exists in Neuhaus-Schierschnitz, Thuringia.

Facts and Figures

More than 40 injection-moulding-machines produce up to 60.000 crates and pallets each day. The article-weight ranges from 20g to 10.000g, with a majority between 1.500g and 5.000g. About 200 employees at two locations account for a yearly turnover of around 45 mio. EUR.

Product Lines

In first place Delbrouck produces bottle crates, trays and carriers for the beer and softdrink industries.

Additionally Delbrouck produces transport and storage boxes for farming, bakeries and the food industry. Other products are plastic pallets in standrd and individual measures for various applications.

The exceptional strength of the company lies in its ability to take care of a project in each stage with greatest competence: from the original ideas and inventions through the development and drawing to the actual production and printing. Even the disposal of the products is taken care of through the companies recycling-facilities.
